Roots

Born and raised in Encinitas, CA I spent my entire childhood finding ways to compete. A need for competition and a hunger to improve drove me to Baseball. Like most kids, it wasn’t the only sport I played but it certainly was the one I fell in love with. It took me through the University of San Diego where I pitched for four seasons, as well as to the minor leagues where I pitched for the San Diego Padres and the Baltimore Orioles organizations. Baseball even took me around the world, giving me the opportunity to play in Australia, France, and the Czech Republic. But when the competition was all said and done the drive to train remained.

In 2020 I committed to taking the exercise and performance knowledge I have gained and put it to use helping people reach their own unique fitness goals. I worked to expand my knowledge by receiving my personal trainer certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and now and committed to the pursuit of being the best fitness coach I can be.

Myself and my family now live in Oceanside, Ca where we enjoy spending our time outside at the beaches, mountains, and deserts in our backyard.
