My fitness journey began as a means to become a better athlete. Over the years as a collegiate and professional athlete I learned from a wide variety of excellent mentors that expanded not only my physical ability but also my understanding of the human body. Since my playing days I have transitioned into not only practicing but also teaching general physical preparedness and sport specific training principles.
I have a deep passion for fitness and see it as a way every person can better themself both physically and mentally. With proper direction and encouragement, I believe anyone can learn to enjoy the journey that is fitness.
