You do not need any training or workout experience to start.

Generally I recommend beginning with two sessions per week. Once you are able to consistently complete and recover from those session we will evaluate whether more training volume is needed.

Although our sessions are predicated on what each persons goals are. my training style stems from an athletic background, prioritizing full range of motion and controlled reps to encourage muscle growth while limiting injury risk.

Competition lead me to find a passion for pushing my physical ability. I pushed that ability to a school where I played Division 1 baseball, to a professional career that spanned 2 minor league deals, 3 continents, and the better part of 5 years.
But when competing ended what it all came back to was pushing physical ability. Now i have committed to helping you push your physical ability and find out just where it might take you.
