My name is Max MacNabb and I am here to help you in the next step of your fitness journey. My coaching is meant to go beyond physical results and dig deep into laying functional foundations that can serve you for years to come.

It’s called PERSONAL training. It’s made for you and no one else.

→ Small group training

It’s for you and your friend(s) who start off strong but just can’t seem to stay committed. Thats where I come in.

→ Group workouts

Come for the sweat session, stay for the camaraderie. Timed rounds, but with a real purpose.

Passion

Competition lead me to find a passion for pushing my physical ability. I pushed that ability to a school where I played Division 1 baseball, to a professional career that spanned 2 minor league deals, 3 continents, and the better part of 5 years.

But when competing ended what it all came back to was pushing physical ability. Now i have committed to helping you push your physical ability and find out just where it might take you.
